History
Alborz Textile started in 1998 with a small spinning workshop in Karaj and became, over two decades, a single unit running from yarn to finished garment. Its brand is known locally for the quality of its cloth.

- Monthly production capacity

Revenue has grown at a double-digit rate every year, but almost all of it comes from in-person sales through its own stores and wholesale to boutiques. No online channel has ever been opened.
Hidden Value
The production chain is fully integrated — from spinning to final stitching — so every new bulk order can be filled without an outside supplier; capacity no local competitor has, and which appears in no sales report.
Growth Path
The first priority is an online store selling direct to consumers; the second is exporting to two neighbouring countries using the existing production capacity.
Considerations
The current sales team has no experience of online selling or exporting, and hiring a modern sales lead is a precondition for any expansion plan.
