What a balance sheet does not record
A balance sheet records what was bought, not what could be used. The gap between those two is where most of the value in an Iranian SME actually sits.
Three assets that never appear
- idle production capacity, already paid for
- distribution relationships with no contract behind them
- a team that has solved the hard problem once already
- Measure what exists.
- Price what it could produce.
- Build the path between them.
The question is never "what is this company worth?" It is "what is this company worth to someone who can see all of it?"
